Switching from Test to Live Mode

One of the features included in the WP Video Memberships plugin, is a quick toggle to switch between Test and Live mode.

Test Mode: When in Test Mode, all payments including subscriptions, purchases and rentals will be test payments. This mode automatically uses your active payment gateway(s) sandbox information.

Live Mode: Live Mode should only be used once you're ready to start accepting real payments on your website.

Notes

• Any Test Mode memberships will not appear on a customers account after switching to Live Mode. Customers can have both Test and Live Memberships on their account.

Switching from Test to Live Mode

Within your WordPress Dashboard, go to WP Videos -> Payment Gateway

Find the orange (Test Mode) / green (Live Mode) toggle switch in the top right corner of the admin page

Click on the toggle to change between Test and Live mode.

• Test (orange) indicates your site is in Test Mode.
• Live (green) indicates your site is in Live Mode.
