Adding Videos - Vimeo, YouTube & WordPress

WPVS WordPress currently offers 6 different Video Player types, including a Custom option to add most third party video players via embed code.

First, go to Videos in the left side menu of your admin Dashboard and choose Add New. Find the Video section that should appear below the primary content area by default.

Adding Vimeo Videos

To add a Vimeo video, set the Select Player setting to Vimeo. Copy and Paste any Vimeo video URL into the provided field labeled Enter Vimeo URL.

Adding YouTube Videos

To add a YouTube video, set the Select Player setting to YouTube. Copy and Paste any YouTube URL into the provided field labeled Enter YouTube URL.

Adding WordPress Videos

To add a WordPressvideo, set the Select Player setting to WordPress. Press the blue Choose Video button to open your Media Library. You can then Upload or Select a video file to use.

Adding WordPress Shortcode Videos

To add a Shortcodevideo, set the Select Player setting to Shortcode. Copy and Paste any plugin shortcode into the provided field labeled Enter Video Shortcode. Note that this should be a shortcode for a video player.
