If you would like to offer a free membership to users with an account, you can set the Free for Registered Users option for your video(s).
Hint: Trying to create a free $0.00 membership will not work. Please see the following for how to offer free access for logged in users only.
- Go to Videos within your admin dashboard and Edit the video you would like to make free for registered users.
- Scroll down until you see the Access Options section. Click on it if it is not open.
- Under Membership Access, you will see all the memberships you have created as well as a Free for Registered Users checkbox.
- Check the Free for Registered Users box, then press the blue Update button.
Note: The Free for Registered Users option supersedes any other memberships that are checked.
Bulk Editing Videos
If you would like to make all or multiple videos free for registered users, use the Bulk Actions tool.
On the Videos page within your admin dashboard, select all the videos you would like to update. Then, select Edit from the Bulk Actions drop down in the top left corner. Press Apply next to the drop down.
You will then see a new drop down area with a list of settings to change.
Inside the Memberships box, scroll down to the bottom until you see the Free for Registered Users option. You should see 3 options:
- No Change
- Yes
- No
Select Yes to update all selected videos to Free for Registered Users.
