Creating A Full-Width Menu

This article explains how to create a full-width primary menu like you see in our demo.

1. Navigate to Appearance -> Menus within your WordPress Dashboard and Create or Edit the Main menu. *To make a menu the Main theme menu, find the checkbox under Display location at the bottom of the screen labeled Main. Check this box and Save Menu.
2. Create a 3 level menu. For example:
   • Browse (level 0) (add CSS class wpvs-theme-full-menu)
     • Genres (level 1)
       • Action & Adventure (level 2)
3. Make sure the CSS Classes setting is visible under each menu item. *Go to Screen options in the top right corner to Show advanced menu properties.
4. Apply the CSS class wpvs-theme-full-menu to Browse (or the level 0) menu item only.

Be sure to Save Menu in the bottom right corner.
